Mrs. Leslie Currie

I was born and raised in Jasper and after completing my BEd at the Uof A and spending some time teaching abroad, I returned to my home to pursue my career. Now, along with my husband, I feel privleged to be raising my young daughter and son in the town that I love. I have a passion for hiking and travelling, spending time with my family, pizza, and of course, teaching!

This year I am teaching ELA to all grade sevens. I also hold the role of Learning Support Teacher and work with staff, students, and parents to ensure that the diverse needs of our students are being addressed. I also volunteer as a teacher faciltator for the Student Council and help coordinate the Grad activities.
